Here is a little project that I made last year as a relaxing pause between two big quilts thinking it would make a change from the piecing, which it did, and would be quick to complete, which it definitely was not!!!

Voici un petit projet que j'ai fait l'année dernière pour me faire un petit entracte entre deux grands quilts pensant que cela me changerait du piécé, cela a été le cas, et que ce serait rapide à terminer, ce qui ne l'a pas été du tout!!!

It is a little bag for my clothes pins!!! Yes, I know, dryers exist but I still mostly use a rack to hang the laundry and I thought this would be very handy and pretty to hold my clothes pins.
Both sides of the pouch are identical and it is completely lined.
This is from the book "Patchwork et appliqué brodé" by Delphine Mongrand and it is actually on the book cover. It is full of very pretty projects!
Despite (or owing to) the work this project entailed, I am proud of this little bag and use it every day!

C'est un petit sac pour mes pinces à linge!!! Oui, je sais, les sèche-linge existent mais j'utilise très souvent un séchoir dans ma lingerie et j'ai pensé que ce serait vraiment pratique et très joli pour y mettre mes pinces à linge.
Les deux côtés du petit sac sont identiques et il est complètement doublé.
C'est tiré du livre "Patchwork et appliqué brodé" de Delphine Mongrand et le petit sac est en couverture du livre. Il est rempli de petits projets tous plus mignons les uns que les autres!
Malgré (ou en raison du) travail que ce petit projet a requis, je suis très fière de mon petit sac et m'en sers tous les jours!
