Last Pinwheel border / Dernière bordure de moulins

I must confess, the last border has taken me quite a while... 32 large pinwheels to piece or 128 flying geese blocks! I made them one batch at a time to keep my sanity and remain serene, essential to piecing accurately!

Je dois avouer que la dernière bordure m'a pris un temps certain... 32 gros moulins,ce qui équivaut à 128 blocs blocs oies! Je les ai piécés par séries afin de préserver mon équilibre mental et demeurer pausée, ce qui est essentiel pour avoir un résultat précis!

Ironing the sewing margins well certainly helped with adding the last border

I opted for opening the sewing margin for this quilt

Un repassage scrupuleux des marges de couture m'a bien aidé pour ajouter la bordure finale

J'ai choisi d'ouvrir les marges de couture pour ce patch

And now you can see the effect  with the three tones of grey as background fabric

Et maintenant vous pouvez voir l'effet donné par les trois teintes de gris utilisées comme tissu de fond

I sent a photo to my daughter and she loves it! 

She is the one who ordered it after seeing the original in a Quiltmania magazine
